1. ABSOLUTLY NO ADDITIONAL GUEST. If they are not approved by braider please do not invite to appointment. Can result in appointment cancellation. 

2. Please confirm the appointment as soon as it is made. The braider also offers text appointment request and this helps keep double booking from occurring. 

3. The payment at the time of booking is only a DEPOSIT. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. The remainder is do at the time of appointment. 

4. Hair should be clean. Detangle hair appropriately. If braider has to blow hair out flat, there will be a $15 service charge added. 

5. Hair is only automatically included with styles over $100. Hair prices vary depending on style desired. 

6.LATE POLICY If you are 16 minutes late, you will need to pay a $25 late fee before you can be serviced. Later than 30 minutes results in a cancellation. NO refund for deposit and will be required to pay deposit for a new appointment. Considerable late incidents are traffic & or weather, car trouble or kids/family. NOT food, bank or other things that do not contribute to the service appointment. 

7.TOUCH-UP POLICY Only responsible for free touch up for up to a week (7Days) after initial service appointment. After a week it is considered a paid touch up. Only responsible for braid malfunctions due to service mishap. Not responsible for "wear & tear" or improper care of hair. 

CONVENIENCE FEE must be paid if you'd like to schedule an unavailable times or day (Sundays, off days, early times) NON REFUNDABLE.
