1. ABSOLUTLY NO ADDITIONAL GUEST. Children are not allowed UNLESS they are being serviced or have been approved.
2. Please text for appointments. Online booking has been disabled until Summer 2025
3. The payment online can be DEPOSIT only or full payment. You select which works for you .Payments NON REFUNDABLE unless stylist cancels. If only deposit paid the remainder is due at the time of appointment via cash/ Zelle /Apple Pay.
4. Braid services $100 & up include hair. Braiding hair mixes, rodded ends, boho and beads are an add on service.
5. LATE POLICY 20 minutes after service time= $25 late fee added to service total. Later than 30 minutes could be a cancellation. NO refund for deposit and will be required to pay deposit for a new appointment.
6. TOUCH-UP POLICY Free touch up within (4 Days) after initial service appointment. After four (4) days it is considered a paid touch up. Only responsible for braid malfunctions due to service mishap. Not responsible for "wear & tear" or improper care of hair.
CONVENIENCE FEE must be paid if you'd like to schedule an unavailable times or day (Sundays, off days, early times) NON REFUNDABLE.
Braid appointments done at in-home suite, location upon booking & deposit.
