Appointments are text communication only.

3. The payment online can be DEPOSIT only or full payment. Methods include cash/ Zelle /Apple Pay.

4. Braid services $100 & up include hair. Braiding hair mixes, rodded ends, boho and beads are an add on service. 

5. TOUCH-UP POLICY Free touch up within (4 Days) after initial service appointment. After four (4) days it is considered a paid touch up. Only responsible for braid malfunctions due to service mishap. Not responsible for "wear & tear" or improper care of hair. 

Braid appointments done at in-home suite, location upon booking & deposit.
